A brief history of YOU...
Did you know that much of the software of the mind i.e. beliefs, conditioning, attitudes and habits, originated before we were six years of age?
So if you wonder why you feel like a six year old when you get presented with certain problems or situations, now you know why.
It's not your fault - we're all the same.
The brain is programmed to absorb as much information about the world during the first six years of life - there's no good or bad filter, it just all goes in, its all stored on the 'hard drive', in the unconscious.
Beliefs are the problem...
Beliefs get created when we have a strong emotional response to something. Negative beliefs get created when that response is negative - when we experience shock, upset, helplessness, fear, panic...etc.
A whole host of tiny traumas and shocks (and sometimes major ones) shape our view of the world from a very early age.
Adults argue, we hear a loud noise, we feel frightened, we get shouted at, someone is unkind, we don't understand what's happening, we get scared, we get into trouble for something we didn't do - you get the picture.
Such everyday events can create life shaping beliefs; "it's not safe to speak up", " If it do X i'll get into trouble" and so on.
Whatever we make these events mean, and then create strategies for avoiding them and staying safe, becomes our software for life.
Over time, this becomes who we believe ourselves to be, they form our view of the world, and create our identity.
These strategies did a good job at the time. They kept us safe and we survived.
But you're no longer six and now those strategies no longer work. In fact they have become very detrimental, keeping you stuck in self sabotaging patterns.
The software needs updating.
To change the software you need to access the programming.
The programming is in the unconscious part of the mind.
You can't access it using the conscious mind such as in 'talking treatments'.
You need a different approach to access the unconscious and change the programming.
My approach will access your unconscious and from there, together we can change the programming.

THE MIND AND THE BRAIN
The mind is not the brain; the mind is a field of information that we access via the brain.
Beliefs are not material they're energy patterns in the field of the mind.
The brain is the processor of information both from the internal and external worlds.
The mind and brain are interactive, but have very different roles.
THE ROLE OF THE BODY....
In my work the body and in particular the heart, play a significant role.
Emotions exist in the field, and are experienced as feelings (sensations) in the body.
Every thought and emotion creates a physiological effect.
The heart is especially responsive.
Your body responds to your mind.
Your body translates emotions into a physical feeling so that you can become aware and express it.
When emotions cannot be expressed, they remain in the body, over time coalescing into pain and disease.
Every illness has unexpressed emotion at its root.
Heal your emotions and your body will follow suit.
Once you can express and transform how you feel, your body can heal.
